About to buy a Nokia Lumia 640 XL is it a fake

The price is about $100 cheaper than the cheapest I found in Harvey Norman's. It is from a small retailer. The price is $199 to buy outright (unlocked) I've been told that it could be a 'knock off' from China. The owners of the shop are all from China.

Make sure you see it working. If it's running genuine Windows Phone 8.1, then it's real.

If it's running Android with a strange looking skin, then walk away.

There's also the chance it might be stolen as well so check the retail box and cross-check the IMEI. If there's no retail box, walk away.
