I don't see how you could get it working. I don't see a setting like the 950xl has to turn it on.

WiFi calling from AT&T is currently only available on iPhones. Check here often for updates: https://www.att.com/shop/wireless/features/wifi-calling.html

I'm thinking WiFi calling Will only be available on ATT branded headset though as the unlocked 950 and 950XL are not officially supported for HD Voice or voLTS with ATT. Similar to T-Mobile it will need to be a carrier branded.

Verizon uses a separate app for their WiFi calling and not the native phone dialer. Its really gludey and again only on iphone.
