I used to be able to add CSV / vCards on the People section of Outlook.com and have the changes show up on the people app on both my Lumia Icon and my Desktop. Now, that is not happening. I added 71 people to the outlook.com People section and they only show up there.
I used to be able to save contacts in the Outlook app and this would sync, too. Now I have issues. Has anyone seen this?
