why my lumia 720 hanging frequently ?

Hi Everyone,

when i bought lumia 720, phone got hanging very rarely and i did soft reset. But now the case is my phone is frequently hanging and my down volume button is not working properly (i went several times to nokia care, but still issue persists. now there is no warrenty on my phone). Is there any solution for this? Is there any apps to soft reset my phone? what is if i press " vol+ and power button" together?

Please help me out. I am very much frustrated

My lumia 720 very rare hang on windows phone 8.1. Ive same problem about volume button, finnaly i change it. If hang happen theres no software work, only button(power+volUp+volDown) can do soft reset. Try to reflash your lumia 720 to ensure that is software problem. If problem countinue after flash maybe problem on your hardware. Power+volumeUp is Screenshoot

i dont know much technical terminology, kindly tell me what do you mean by "reflash"?

To recheck software problem, you have 2 option, 1. Reset from setting about. It will bring u to factory setting. 2. Flash using lumia software recovery tool/windows device recovery tool.
When the problem of hang is software, it should be solve. But if the problem continue maybe the problem is your hardware.
