where is proximity sensor?

i put an orzly glass screen on my 950 xi and lost the glance function,i emailed orzly and they state there is a cut out for it ,any help please

Here's the Incipio protector and I'm covering the proximity sensor (on the upper-right). I've heard some notched protectors don't work well. This is a trench cutout.

I have the same problem and they are arguing the toss with me on facebook at the moment. if you shine a torch between the IR sensor next to the front camera and the ear piece you should be able to see it and it is definitely cover by the screen protector

Had issues with the Orzly protector, and they pretty much admitted the problem without admitting it *rolls eyes* So lets see what they come back with on this.

My screen is already scratched, can feel it with my nail, never had a scratched screen before.
