Vibrate when I tap navigation keys

After instaling build 10586.36 and done hard reset, I can't switch of this vibrate. In touch settings it shows that vibrate is set to off but it is still present. When I want to set it on than restart doesn't work

I have the same problem with 10586.107, any way you solved this?

This is a app in the store called gestured and touch that can turn it off.
