Why is my insider app showing no builds..?

insider app showing "no builds"...

I have recently downgraded to win8.1 and now trying to upgrade to w10 mobile , but insider app is showing "no builds". lumia 1320. help?????

I just recently went back to the 1320. I was wondering the same thing. I downloaded the jnsider app: No builds. I was about to resell the phone & give up when as a last ditch effort, I downloaded the old Preview for Developers app. I am using a Cricket 1320 so it had plenty of updates including a last critical update. Once I got it all sorted out, I went back to the Insider app & sure enough, i had builds. At least in this case, I think I needed to be on a certain version of 8.1 in order to make the jump to 10. I'm now on Windows 10. Hope this helps...
