Lumia 950. Downloading apps and OS update stuck at 0% for hours

Hey,

I'm experiencing troubles with my new Lumia 950. During migration, a few apps installed, but still about 50 are pending and the download is stuck. Downloading the OS update is also stuck at 0%. The internet access is fine, I can browse web through IE.

I've tried rebooting the device. It's running 10.0.10586.11.

Any of fellow owners experienced / solved this issue?

Hmm, sounds familiar.

Although I started from scratch, no migration whatsoever, the Windows update tool took several hours to download.

Thus, i let it overnight, and in the morning i only did the restart as it managed to download and install it.

I suggest a software reset!

I had your same problem, hard reset, don't sign in and let the new OS download, it will take some time but it should work

Mine was stuck at 0% for 2 hours and then after it went to 1% it took another 2 hours. Long update but all is well now.
