Latest windows 10 build 36, sensor core step counter not working

As the title says, when you install apps, that can record steps, it states your phone is not compatible, yet on 8.1 they all ran fine.

Have motion turned on in settings, any help please

That's worrying as I use it on my 930 which I haven't upgraded yet.

I can't check it as my W10M phone hasn't the technology, so I'd be interested if anyone else has this issue.
