DC-32 Can I use my Lumia Icon while it is being charged?

Per the MS specs, it takes 160 minutes to charge the phone to 80%; this is called a "quick charge". Can I use the phone while it is plugged into the charger?

Yes, it'll just extend the charge time depending on what you are doing wth the phone.

Indeed you can use your phone if it is connected to the DC-32.
But the charging time you refer to is not the time to charge your phone but the charging time of the DC 32 itself. (with a DC 60 wall plug charger with a 1.5 A output)

There is no spec for how fast it chargers your phone because this charger can be used for lots of phones with different battery sizes. But the charge time will probably be longer then if you charge the phone with a 1.5 A wall plug charger.
