i cant download any apps or games
I bought my son a phone for xmas Lumia 435. set Microsoft account up and family settings . but when trying to download games and apps like wats app and xbox games, it keeps saying get an adult to go to family settings. I don't knw what its asking me to do and why. ive tried to set it up even tried removing him from my child list but still cant download anything .?
