Cannot connect the Lumia 950 to PC as a MTP device

PC cannot recognize my Lumia 950 as a MTP device after I connect the Display Dock to lumia 950.
I guess that Lumia 950 change the usb port to OTG mode and never switch back.
I try to factory reset my phone but it does not work.
Any idea? Thanks very much.

I have problems connecting Phone to PC with just cable, says USB driver problems, but I guess it is because I am still on Windows 7.

I've tried the Windows 8 and Windows 10, they both do not work.

Had the same problem. Found out through some trial and error that it was related to the micro sd card. Formatting the card in the phone fixed the issue for me. It seems that even though the phone will work fine with the sd card unformatted. Connecting to the pc it causes an error loading the mtp driver.
