I've noticed that today when I transferred an MP4 movie on my Lumia 630 from my laptop, there was a video but the sound was like a constant scratching. I believe that the term for this is "static" or distorted audio. This has only happened to this one video so far. I am thinking that this has to do with an audio codec. Any idea what the problem is and how to fix it? How exactly should I convert the MP4 video so the sound isn't "scratchy" ? Also, is my phone the reason? I tried transferring other videos and they didn't have a problem. Thank you.
