So I've decided it's time to quit waiting and replace the 920 with a 950. I need a little more insight on my purchasing options. Although I do spend my money, I'm frugal about it. $550 for a phone with a somewhat buggy OS is hard to swallow, so any way of lowering the cost would be great. Any help is appreciated.
My options:
a. Use 10% student discount at microsoft's $550 price?
b. Even though I'm on cricket, use amazon's $0 contract 950 and cancel as soon as possible? Pay ETF of ~$350 + 1 month service (~$50??) = $400 and get the device unlocked @ $400?? (Not sure of Amazon's terms or how this would work)
c. Something else??
