24 hour clock in alarm?

I have Lumia950 and Windows 10 and time settings is set to 24-hour clock and region and local set to Iceland (I've tried other region settings and all the same).

When I set an alarm I only have option to use 12-hour AM/PM format. Is there a way to have the alarm using the 24 hour format?

(Good news is that the calendar alarms now allow 24 hour format for reminders which was not possible on my 1020!)

Odd, we can set the alarm in 24 hour format in WP8.1.

Doesn't it not work with the 12 hour format when using the am/pm toggle?

Once you toggle your clock in Settings to show 24-hour format, restart your Alarms app and create a new alarm but you don't have to save it. You will see that the hour now shows in the 24-hour format. Now you can go back to your existing Alarms and you will see all of them in the 24-hour format. I tried this on a 1520 running 10586.63 in the US.

This is strange. I can see the 24hour fomat once I've set the alarm but when setting it I have to use the AM/PM clock!

Following TechFreak1's post, my alarms show up as 24 hour format, no problem.
