my Lumia N520 speaker not functioning.cant hear what others say.Display &vibration works.

others are able to hear my voice.But I cant hear anything.Ring tone also doesnt work.

From these details, it's certain that the microphone of your Lumia 520 is still working while the speaker is not.

Have you tried restarting your phone? Have you tried performing a soft reset? If you're willing to perform a hard reset, you may also do so.

If these three don't resolve the issue, then it's most probably hardware level - something that can be fixed by having the specific hardware component replaced.
