950 was good, now constant force close/crash.

Issues- I CAN'T:
Open Outlook.
Open any search results, it will shows sites, crashes when one's picked.
Open photos
Add photos/video to a text
Download photos video from text
Add photos/video to a messaging app
Download photos/videos from a messaging app(tried a couple that have worked since day 1)
Also
The back arrow,logo and search never go down/away

I HAVE:
Checked for updates for apps
Checked for updates for phone
Many soft resets
Powered off
No memory card has ever been used.

I'm trying to avoid a hard reset, phone has been really good so far, I've had it since launch.

Try the Windows Device Recovery Tool, or perhaps restore from a back-up.
