Hi, I have an almost 2 yr old Icon and never had an issue with it until yesterday.
I received a phone call but when I went to answer it the phone went dark, just totally shut off. The only way I got it to work was to do a hard reset. it seems fine now except I cannot get audible notifications when a text comes in??
I have looked at the obvious settings and they seem to be set correctly, does anyone have any idea how to get the notifications back?
