Infinite restart loop in Lumia 520, how can I fix it?

infinite restart loop in lumia 520

yesterday when i changed my sim card and restarted my phone, it went to this restarting loop with gears looping. I've tried hard resetting via buttons twice but still it had no effect! what should i do?

Have you tried removing that SIM?

Also, when it reboots, try holding Volume Up and if it goes to the Lightning Bolt & Gear screen let go of Volume Up.

You are probably low on battery for flashing too. These boot loops are hard on battery. Plug it in and let it charge for a couple hours.

Then plug it into USB and use the WDRT to reset it: Phone Finder - search for a phone by feature - GSMArena.com

If the gears are turning it's tryna update, make sure you have a wifi connection and leave it plugged in and stop restarting it, you may have to go back to the old sim card and reset your phone now,,,,, . Never stop an update, you can trash stuff
