Why my Microsoft account is not detected by Outlook email, calendar and people app?

I use Lumia 640XL with windows 10 mobile technical preview (latest build is .164). I am in release preview ring. The changelog of this latest build said it should fix the problem with Microsoft account is not detected but I still have this problem on my phone.

Have you tried a hard reset?
