one year back i had bought a lumia 630.it is still in warranty period but now my phone is not starting and after inspection i found that its os is destroyed so i want to ask that may i get os from you

You can try using the Windows Device Recovery Tool to reinstall Windows onto the device.

If this doesn't work, contact support and allow them to help you further since your device is still covered by warranty. You've not stated what has happened to make the phone stop working, so support might not be able to help (you might need to refer to the warranty exclusion list).
