Why was broken display inside? I have a Lumia 640 XL LTE!
I bought a Lumia 640 XL LTE, Orange Romania and two weeks later I woke up with cracked display inside. From the first day I protected with foil and glass phone with a flip silicone casing . I did not hit the phone , not sat on it, I have not done anything . I do not understand what happened. I sent the phone from Orange Romania and they said they can not provide for this situation since the manufacturer warranty , meaning NOKIA , do not settle repair and asked me if I want to fix it charges. I did not agree , so the phone was beyond repair shop back where I left . I asked a manufacturer's address so I can send the phone to see what 's wrong with him . Maybe it's a manufacturing error . I have not received any address .
What do you advise me to do? You have a service address of the manufacturer , a service not approved ? Do you know of similar cases to this model Lumia ?
