Sim slot 2 empty..1.4 gigs used

Unlocked lumia 950xl on rogers. I dont currently have a sim card in slot two, yet in data usage, it reports that sim 2 has used 1.4 gigs. Any ideas? As this is causing my phone to constantly tell me ive reached my data limit when im not even close.

I also have a 950 XL DS unlocked, build .164 non insider and with the same problem, i reported it to MS trough the feedback app, there are a lot of complaints regardind this annoying bug
