Lumia 730 Windows 10 Mobile Upgrade 3g net not working. only 2g is working

I have Lumia 730 Dual Sim. Both my sims are airtel 3g. in windows 8.1, 3G net was working perfectly. 2 days back i upgraded to windows 10 mobile. After the update, my 3G net is not working. i tried some settings and even then it operates only on 2G. Any possible solution to make it work on 3G?

check under sim settings whether default network speed is set to 3g if not change it to 3g. or perform a hard reset if you haven't after the upgrade. and that might help

I tried hard reset but its of no use as my 3G is not working at all.. i read a similar post were that guy has 4g but only H/H+ was working.. can anything be done abt it ASAP or rolling back to win 8.1 is the only option..?
