After Windows 10 Mobile update, I cannot open MMS. How can I fix this?

After Windows 10 Mobile update, I cannot open MMS.

I have a Lumia 640XL and before I updated to WP10, I had Lumia Denim or something like that. It worked great and I was able to open group chat messages and picture messages perfectly fine. Now ever since updated to WP10, I cannot open any picture myssages or group text. All it says is download and it will act just like the "Get Media Content" from 8.1. Any reason why this update screwed up my phone and how to go about fixing it?

Have you checked your APN settings?

The settings don't seem to migrate for whatever reason...

On the phone: Settings > Network & Wireless > Cellular & SIM > SIM settings

I assume you have Internet so APN need not be adjusted...

Add MMS APN

I don't know what values you need as I don't know what carrier you use. Try looking here: World Wide Mobile Phone Settings Or check your carrier's help pages on their site.

Put the values in the right slots > make sure the "Apply this profile" box is checked > tap "Save"
