My L 640 XL phone memory almost full. How can i free phone memory?

My L 640 XL phone memory almost full. Phone memory used 7.01GB and free space is 275 MB. Win 10 system used 6.09 and phone apps used 802 MB and mail-massages used 119 MB. I want to free phone memory but cant delete anything How can i free phone memory?

Move apps, pics, everything to SD card

Some apps are not moved, such as whatsapp, hike, viber. The system used a big memory. Can i clean that?

Use storage sense to delete temporary files. That might help a little.
You can also use the app "Files" by Microsoft to search manually for hidden files on your phone and SD card And delete them if necessary.

Hidden file size is so small. I deleted that but not so changes on phone memory.

Even I am facing the same issue in Lumia 640XL after upgrade to Windows 10. System files have used more than 6 GB. this cannot be deleted. Please assist me. Is Hard reset the solution to this???
