Onetouch Fierce XL not recognized by WIndows Device Recovery

How exactly does one fix this? I've never had this issue before with any of my random lumias but my Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL(I just like saying the whole name lol) is on redstone update but it tells me sorry it can't recognize it.

Even when I had insider previews of TH I believe, it also gave me some issues then as well.

I can't even reset now to go back to factory version. How does one get around this?

You could try clearing out the USB drivers and letting a fresh batch install.

Download and extract View any installed/connected USB device on your system Open the folder and right click the exe > run as admin

Delete any drivers marked Alcatel.

Plug the Fierce XL into USB and let the drivers install before opening WDRT.

Yeah I managed to get it working via the other method in windows device recovery
