Login to your account.microsoft.com. Under the Devices tab, you should see a list of all of your devices you've registered with that Microsoft account, including your stolen Lumia 640 XL. The last known location of that phone should also be displayed in that page - that is, the last location your phone transmitted while it was turned on, so if it was turned off or lost power (or signal) then the location may not be updated.

Contact microsoft help desk.. And ask them to lock your phone.. If you are not aware about it how to do remotely .. They will gelp you
