After update to Build 14322 L930 died

After instal Build 14322, I've restarted the L930 and it start to reboot in loop.
Phone start and apear:
Nokia
Windows Logo
Gears (updating)
:-(
restart

how can I recover the phone again?

Try a soft reset first, but if that doesn't do it, you should download the windows devices recovery tool and use that to downgrade back to 8.1
