Using Video 360 as well as other VR apps, the programs will attempt to load but fail when unable to communicate with the phones hardware. Other apps that do open will not use the phones proximity sensors, games such as Speed Track racing.
I am running Version 1511 OS Build 10.0.10586.218
My phone was wiped and build from scratch about a month ago to resolve a lot of issues. After that the phone has worked fine. The problem hasn't gone away after the latest update.
