Why haven't I got the Windows 10 upgrade yet?

i am not getting windows 10

I have downloaded upgrade advisor on my lumia 640xl it says your phone is elegible for upgrade and will be provided soon. But its been too long waiting for update.

Are you possibly with AT&T?
If you cannot wait then you can always install Win10m via the Windows Insider route.

I downloaded the UpgradeAdvisor from the app store, and it told me my phone was eligible but no update was available. I then downloaded the W10 Upgrade Advisor from the link above, and it told me to W10 was ready and to run the phone update in settings. When I did that W10 downloaded and installed.
