Reset protection recovery key

I did a factory reset on my phone and now its askin for this recovery key I dont know what it is I goofled it and it say log into my acount I tried that and now my email account is blocked and I had to log in from another phone and couldn't remember my password. My windows phone says emergency calls only so I cant go into setting like the internet says ti do. So what do I do to get my recovery key?
