Got problem with mobile power

I have a mobile power from Pisen ( Easy Power IV Power Bank 10000mAh ). I often use it to charge for lumia 520, galaxy note 3 and Iphone 4S. But it didn't work for lumia 950 XL. I dont know why. Cause 950 XL use USB-C so I used the cable included when I buy the phone to connect between 950 XL and the mobile power. Does anyone get the same problem like me and how you solve this problem? Or you have any idea about this?

when you say it doesn't work, do you mean it doesn't charge at all or that the charging is slow?

Mobile power with 2A output is working fine.

I had this solar charger for years, can't remember where I bought it, you should be able to buy something similar that works. Do note that the charging speed is not very fast.
