Can I replace it with any other 1320's(screen broken or physically damaged) mother board????

Assuming the donor isn't locked to another service provider and isn't marked as stolen/has a bad ESN/IMEI than Yes!

Yes you can but your IMIE number will be change and most importantly , you should be owner of both lumia

Like anything on eBay you're taking on a bit of risk.

Usually listings say whether the ESN is good/clean or bad.

And just make sure it doesn't say something like "Locked to Cricket Wireless".

If I am right ebay is providing you bill of that device . If yes then before purchasing just contact the technician, He is capable to do it or not .
secondly If you get a good quality phone from ebay . I will suggest you to change display of your device with that phone. I think that will be more easy .
