Lumia offers App not working

5-6 days back I got phone tile pinned missing from Start and whereas it was showing linked. So I factory reset my phone. after that I cannot use Lumia Offers App as it was saying DEVICE VERIFICATION ERROR as app needs to authenticate the Microsoft account that was used to activate your device before you can see the available offers. Please check that you are logged in with your Microsoft account.
what can I do, please help me asap.

Go to settings -> account -> your email and accounts -> tap on the account that has the envelope icon (if you have multiple accounts) this is your primary account and tap on manage / fix.

You may have to re-login again or enter the lock screen unlock code.
