Which is this 14586.xxx build?

AFAIK there is no such build; latest public build is 10586.494, and latest insider build is 14393.5.

Since there are more than 20 W10M builds, please be more specific when making a point.

I know Friend all the build that has been released . That xxx means last numerical build which msft has been pushing as cumulative update...google it .

I specifically asked you only about the build 14586 which you mentioned in post #18, which does not exist, and never did exist!
Why did you invent 14586 build, to what purpose?

I have an at&t lumia 830 which received windows 10 a few days back. Screen tearing was very prominent in build 10586.218 which it received as OTA update. Then it was updated to 10586.494. Cortana & voice search was not working, screen tearing near top and blinking was there. I use it in India so, I deleted all other language packages and did a soft reset. After that screen tearing is gone and voice search is working. But blinking continues. It doesn't blink always but a lot at a session. Is it random or like mine for you people?

Mine was blinking on 10586.dontknownumber, so I gave up, rolled back to WP8.1 and waited for Anniversary Update. Now, with Anniversary Update it works OK (2 days). Hope it's gone.

That's funny, I didn't know that was called screen tearing. The same thing I experienced but didn't know how to explain it. Anyway I have the blinking issue from time to time also.Running 393.82
