Lumia 925 Redstone-glance not working

A few days ago i spoofed my 925 using this guide https://www.reddit.com/r/windowsphone/comments/4bmmiy/tutorial_for_installing_redstone_builds_on/
So far Redstone(14393.5) is a lot faster than Threshold(10586.494) was. The only issue so far is glance. The app shows briefly when i open it and immediately crashes. I've tried multiple phone configurations in the registry(950, 930, 735) and the result is the same. Maybe a hard reset? I'm wondering if anyone with a spoofed x2x series phone got glance to work.

the guys trying out redstone on the lumia 1020 have also been unable to get glance working so it looks like an issue for the older models

I have been running the latest 14915 RD2 on my 925. No glance. Indeed, the folks at xda have some success on some phones with RD1. Other than that, the phone works very well, but I would like to have glance back.
