Can Microsoft Lumia 820's display recover from water damage ?

So I was in my bathub, watching my favourite tv show, when suddenly I realized that the low-mid part of the phone is in water. I stood there for like 2 seconds, then I took it out , took the battery out, dryed the phone and the battery with the towel, and waited for like 10 minutes. I restarted the phone, all good, everything was okay for some minutes, when suddenly the display started blurring and I couldn't see clearly what am I doing on my phone. The text was all over the blurry screen. It's been 2 hours since that happened, I restarted it again , it's the same. I will include some images to be clearly understood.
