try rotating it again back and forth
You could also try to restart your device

Tap and hold space bar, keyboard will highlight and slide it to right (In your case).

Keyboard can be resized by tapping and holding space bar and pushing to whatever side you want.
You can even re position the keyboard anywhere on the screen.

Press and hold the ENG key and a set of buttons will appear

There will be a settings button at the top
There will also be buttons to select other languages
There is also a button that has a rectangle with some lines in it at the left of the rectangle
Press that button
There will be 2 buttons shown to the right of it
one shows lines in the centre of a rectangle and the other shows them to the right
Press the button with the lines in the centre of rectangle and the keyboard size will be restored
