    Is anyone else having issues with MS Store on Win Phone 8? I have 2 x Lumia 640 and I can not install the upgrade advisor or Insider Apps to upgrade to Win 10M. All apps say "Attention Required"

    Windows 10 Device Recovery is also no showing an upgrade to Windows 10, although both phones were previously on Windows 10.

    With phones that launched with Windows 8/8.1, the recovery tool will only flash it back to that.

    As for the store issue, I wonder if there's something going on right now.

    i do not know if this is a regional issue but the store is working fine on my lumia 520. If you cant install the upgrade advisor, you can alternatively download windows insiders and join the slow/release preview ring to get on windows 10. Once updated to windows 10 log out of windows insiders and hard reset your phone to get future updates on time as they are released. :)

    I'm experiencing the same issue. 4 different windows phones, 4 different Microsoft accounts. All get error code c101b000. Location: Pacific Northwest, USA.

    We are also experiencing same problems on windows 8.1 phones - one that was just purchased - 640 XL (due to screen failure with 950), and a 920 that has wifi enabled. Seems like a general problem that the Microsoft Store is having for the service on those phones. Were not having any problems with Windows 10 mobile on a 950 updating. Several other folks on Microsoft community site are also having problems. Any word on where we can track this problem via Microsoft? They have a service status page for xbox. Can't seem to find one for windows phone service app store status.

    I can confirm gassho's experience. I turned on a 5th phone running W10 and apps updated with no apparent problem.

    It appears that it is store related. I managed to hook into UK store via VPN and had no problem downloading / updating Apps.
