night hours

I have managed to put my phone into sleep mode between the hours of 2300 hours -0800 hours. How do I take it off. I have a Lunia 550.

It's in cortana settings. Open cortana, press the hamburger menu and there should be an option for quiet hours. I hope, as it is on mine, but I'm on WP8.1 and not W10M, presume it's the same.
