No more lock and unlock sound on 950 XL

I just recently noticed (not sure long it has been happening) that my 950 XL does not make that little sound when you lock or unlock the phone. I checked the volume...turned up. Checked the settings...the box is checked. Don't know why or what it could be. I am running the public release of AU 14393.

Any ideas?

(My 950 XL on Windows 10 mobile has been VERY buggy lately and its probably at it its worst i can ever remeber W10M being)

Don't know if this will help, but on my 925 running WP8.1, toggling Quiet Hours on and off resolved that issue for me.

that happens sometimes on my 950, and I just soft reset, and it's fine.

Well this also worked in Win10M (950XL) to restore my charging notification tone. Thanks for that also!

Unfortunately the 100+ resets I did to the phone did not seem to ever fix it.
