Phone reset memory card apps deleted too ?

Hello
I have the market place "apps freeze in forever download pending status"-loop bug. Error code= c101b000.
- The good thing is that this is a company mobile I'm android Nexus user and will stay as android user, windows is horribly buggy. Ruined the Nokia. I used to have Nokia 5800(first touch mobiles or so...) and there were no problems with it. Microsoft ruins mobiles and all the fun.

• Problem mobile is 820 Nokia Lumia on windows 8.1

So the only thing seems to be to reset the phone. Will it delete the apps stored in memory card also ?

Fixed: In clock settings -> Manually set clock&region (Auto clock adjust ON causes the problem)

• Then go to: Market -> 3dots "..." -> something like "Removed apps" or so -> and start downloading again.

• Also synchronized Hotmail in Settings -> E-mail(Press and Hold a while -> SYNC) (but this wasn't the case)
