I have a Lumia 640 XL Phone upgraded to Windows 10. I have lost my Contacts 4 times already.

I tried to run Backup and there isn't an SD card installed. I have a Scan Disk 32 gb card I bought for a Minolta SLR camera. Does any one know if it will work with my Phone?
Can I install it myself or should I take it to AT&T and let them install it?

As long as you signed in with your Microsoft account on your 640XL, your contacts should be in the cloud.

Only microSD cards will work in your phone. You should be to install the microSD card by yourself, just make sure to turn off the phone and insert the card in properly.
