Trying to Connect my Phone to my HP laptop. Setup on my laptop is as instructed.

When I try to connect, the phone Sees the Laptop, and when i tell it to connect, it just keeps on saying, Connecting, and then disconnects the WiFi.

Need to Restart the Phone to get the Wifi back on.

Can you connect anywhere else? I have never been able to connect to my laptop with windows 10 only but my wireless display adapter works perfectly. Although I haven't needed to restart. Also the AirServer app does work in my laptop

Same for me. Tried on a Lenovo and HP but it still doesn't work.

You launch Connect app on the laptop.
Make sure both are on the same wifi. Your laptop cannot be on ethernet, it will not work. Through the connect button on your mobile find the name of your pc and connect.

Oh and go to network in settings and then ethernet and then advanced sharing options and make sure that your laptop has network discovery on, file sharing on and allow windows to manage homegroups.
