Visual Voice Mail - AT&T

I am on AT&T and having issues with the visual voice mails showing up on my 640XL. I have to do a reset by removing the battery and then they will show up. Called AT&T and they claim everything is proper on their end....

Hmm are you on Windows 10 Mobile or Windows Phone 8.1?

Someone did make a thread about how it worked for them but I can't locate it right now. This is for the 950 but since it is a Windows 10 Mobile phone as well, hopefully this will work for you.

The problem is not getting to VM on the device, the problem is the voice mail doesn't show up as received unless I reboot the phone by taking the battery out, then after 30 minutes or so it shows up in visual voice mail.
