one question for you. How much more shiny did it make the gold trim, I like that the trim on the phone is gold but a softer gold and not too in your face. My fear with a product like this is that once applied to the phone it can't be un-applied, so there is no turning back. If you don't like a case you can always remove it... Now I am not using a case currently and have no real plans to get one - so I am very tempted to get this for the added protection, but want to be sure I will still be just as happy with the look of the phone after I have used it as I am with the phone now.

@PFSP the effect on the metal was much more subtle than on the glass front and back. It won't look ostentatious or cheesy. You should be able to see it in the video I shot.
