No matter how many times I try I cannot get my 650 to download and install builds after 14965. My older 930 went to the two newer builds on it's own even without my checking for upgrades. I've checked ad rechecked my Insider settings, restarted and restored, removed the memory card, but no dice. Has this happened to anyone else, or does anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah, recently I had some similar problems with switching from Slow to Fast ring on my L650. It was also on 14965.. It kept downloading the update file again and again.. it downloaded more than 6GB (!) of data with no success. Finally I used WDRT and started from fresh.. now I am on Fast ring but with different problem - I can't download any new app, it always get stuck for hours on "Restoring user data".. doh..

I'm having the same problem. I've tweeted Dona Sarkar about thrice but she still ignores me. I've tried all methods I can think but to no avail.

Hard reset the OS. Do a clean install. Enroll into Fast Ring. Enjoy updating ^.^
