Vibration rattle

Ok my new x3 the vibration motor seems so strong its literally sounding like something inside is rattling. It sounds 25% of the time like something inside is lose and sounds very loud. Is this common? It bothered me quite a bit so I disabled phone call vibration due to the noise even though I've always used it on al other phones. Honestly it sounds like something isn't tight enough giving it a cheap overall feel from this sound.

This is not the case for me, however the vibration is not perfectly smooth for me, either. Contact HP Support, they should easily exchange it for you.
