Apps store library not in sync with phone apps for some apps...L950

Hi!

Has anyone had the problem with apps not showing up as installed in Windows store even after they've been installed and visible on the device?
I've tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them but still no change..Windows store still says "you own this item", install?
Not even a factory reset solved the issue, some apps still doesn't show up as installed....
It seems to affect some Swedish apps like "BankID" and "Swish" if that's any clue.

I've tried both stock OS and latest release preview without any change.(Lumia 950)

I've also asked Microsoft support for help if there's something wrong with my account...

Yes, I have at least two apps doing just this. I assume a bug with the store, but could be either the client or the back end.

Hi again. Just got this response from MS support;

Some apps that you have for the Windows Phone 8/8.1 will have compatibility issues on the Windows 10 Mobile. Which is why the Store indicated that some of your apps are not installed.

Maybe this is supposed to be common knowledge but still a strange way to handle older (and working) apps in a modern os.
